Linux Server Deep Dives

I just returned from Drupalcon Amsterdam where I did a talk entitled “Linux Server Deep Dives” that provides a simple introduction to perf_events and ebpf.

This was the most successful talk I’ve done to date! The room was packed with folks and I got a lot of positive feedback- who knew that the Drupal community was so hungry to learn about infrastructure?

I’m looking forward to getting a copy of Brendan Gregg’s book about ebpf- the talk was inspired by a lot of content from his website- what this talk did was to make the ideas accessible to Drupalists.
